Can you execute that file manually?---i.e. It is like trying to install 64-bit binaries on 32-bit hardware. Looks like your missed out some of the prerequisites.

Correct it and amend your listener.ora and tnsnames.ora file contents. RPMs are OS packages, so they always installed by root. not as part of the script.
