Rndis Cannot Start

When reviewing the driver in Device Manager, the driver details indicate "The driver could not start. Any ideas? I had this exact same issue just a couple minutes ago downloading a zip from another topic here. In the Windows XP Device Manager the RNDIS device shows up when the Neo is plugged in, but the device status message says "This device cannot start (Code 10)" and the Downloaded it again and verified the file size matched what the forum says it is and then it unzipped fine. navigate here The problem is - unless you've installed a device at some point whose drivers included an updated set of Remote NDIS (RNDIS) drivers, this will fail on XP SP2 and lower.

Note that after each method I give you the version number of the files it will install. It will appear to work up until the end of the driver installation whereupon the New Hardware Wizard will report "The device cannot start. (Code 10)".
