At first, I got an error message, saying Administrator had restricted access to removable storage devices on USB ports, and another saying Administrator had restricted access to DVD drive. this is what the error that i getting from my server 2003 âRSM cannot manage library CdRom0. The database is corrupt. I can plug it in, the drivers are installed as they should be, the device comes up in Safely Remove Hardware but I dont get any drives (E:, F: etc).
