Server 2003 Cannot Login

When I try to login to the domain, I receive a message that the domain is not available. Ask a Question Question Title: (150 char. ITKE746,735 pts. The domain controller is running and my account has not been disabled or deleted. During start up I am having a message "At least 1 service or driver failed during start up", but I cant examine event log since I cant login.

If I could access it by the IP address but not the machine name, I would suspect it's a DNS issue, but it's just the opposite.
