Setup Cannot Copy Ks.sys
If it is the RAM (not likely though) it's nice that Crucial has a lifetime warranty I've had problems with backup copies of XP pro not installing - hanging on install. I'm not sure even that will work... Want to enjoy fewer advertisements and more features? Thanks for the advice! check over here

After much trial and error (mostly error) I determined I had a bad (1 of 4) memory module. that will keep any RAM shortage problems at bay. I am concerned that because the AMD system's XP CD has SP2 included in it the CD-key may not work... Still get the same thing.
