So far I've been doing this for about 8 hours and I'm at my wits end. Try making only $OEM$ directory and TEXTMODE directory but not copying driver files into $OEM$ directory, only on TEXTMODE, it worked fine for me. It complained about not being able to load the drivers. I build up a floppy disk with Intel ICH6R SATA RAID drivers included and integrated these driver to my XP Install CD. You could also put the fron the floppy on to a cd-r and run your first bootable device so it boots form your cd drive nd it might work that way.

Cant help but think that this might have something to do with the floppy drive. Have my original disk, a new one i had sent out a few days ago, plus two i made myself with downloaded files.
