solved My onboard RealTek NIC has gone MIA. Follow steps below to check for it. 1. Finally I downloaded from the Microsoft website the same Audio Driver version 18.104.22.16805 and installed it but unfortunately again this was unsuccessful. Under the Device Manager, Realtek AC'97 Audio has a yellow exclamation point next to it, and under its Device Status it reads "This device cannot start. (Code 10)".
