This problem only appears on some systems after upgrading to SP3. you will also need to re install any third party devices or software. Windows Xp Will Not Boot After Sp3 Install
I have an Intel Core 2 Duo processor. If the PC is set to automatically reboot on a start failure -- as most are by default -- it reboots endlessly, often so quickly that the user can't interrupt the it seems the hard drive is inoperable. I have 1gb of RAM Can anyone help me?
so i tried the old one same thing. Most often I canont even navigate from one page to the next. What can I do to fix this. Don't use repair.

What exactly should I be looking for is checked/unchecked and what should I DO specifically? Is this system from all new parts? Are only AMD-powered machines sold by HP rebooting over and over?
I renamed that file to old_sptd.oldsys but it still fails to boot in any mode.What else can I do?
